OFF-SEASON CABIN RATES:

CUSTER’S LOFT................. $175 ............ WEEKLY $1050 (one night free). Contact us for monthly rates.

MINIMUM 2-NIGHT STAY. CLEANING FEE INCLUDED.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY:  The balance due for your stay is paid at check-in. Gold Valley Camp accepts MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Check. Gold Valley Camp does not refund for unused nights in the event you choose to leave before your reserved stay is over. NO CALL NO SHOW RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL RENTAL PRICE!! 

RV Sites:  Check-in 2:00pm on your arrival date, Check-out 11:00am. Late departure/check-out may be arranged in advance with the office for an additional fee of $10.00, extending your check-out time to 1:00pm the day of your scheduled departure. If you would like to extend your stay, please check with the office as early as possible to see if your site is available for extension. 

RV RESERVATION POLICY:  RV reservations of 2 nights or more require payment of 2 nights plus a non-refundable online booking fee (One night stays will be paid in full). This guarantees your reservation for the requested dates and number of nights and holds the reserved site for late arrival. We understand circumstances may arise that necessitate a change in your travel plans. Make reservations online or call us at 605-673-2772. Must be 21 years of age to reserve a campsite.

RV CANCELLATION POLICY:  RV Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to refund any charges that you may have paid. If you are a no-show on the date of or cancel less than 72 hours of your reservation arrival date no refund will be given. Online booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or modify your RV reservation, please call us at 605-673-2772 or email us at goldvalleycamp@gmail.com prior to 72 hours from the date of your reservation. Make sure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from us. 

CABINS:  Check in time for Cabins 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM.  Three night minimum, balance to be paid prior to check-in. Rental agreement will be sent after booking and is required prior to arrival.  Guests are required to complete rental agreement. A valid credit on file is required prior to check in. Cabins are provided for normal residential use.  They are not to be used for weddings/receptions, parties, large family reunions, or any other function unless otherwise arranged with management.  Occupancy limits are posted and these maximums may not be exceeded at any time during your stay. Must be 25 to reserve a cabin. 

CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have a strict 30 day cancellation policy for cabins. Reservation is booked for reserved dates only; no date changes or subletting is allowed. No refunds will be given for no shows, late arrivals or early departures.  A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds will be processed. 

CAMPGROUND POLICIES:  ABSOLUTELY NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING PERMITTED ON CAMPGROUND. ALL GUEST VISITORS MUST STOP AND CHECK-IN OFFICE PRIOR TO GOING TO YOUR CAMPSITE. There is no smoking and no pets allowed in the cabins OR public buildings. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 AM. 

• CAMPFIRES allowed only in designated fire pits or rings. Do not move fire pits. No cutting of firewood permitted. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED, WE ARE IN THE BLACK HILLS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.

• ELECTRICAL SURGE PROTECTION is guest responsibility for their RV. Highly advised for RV electrical protection.

• WIFI. Gold Valley Camp provides complimentary unsecured Wi-Fi service to guests on an AS-IS basis and assumes no liability as a result of connecting to the services. Guest use of Wi-Fi system at own risk. 

• Damage caused by guests may result in charges to the guest's credit card.

GUEST CONDUCT:  Gold Valley Camp is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The guest accepts privileges with the understanding that the guest does hereby release Lucky Enough LLC and its officers and employees against claims resulting from loss of any kind of damage to property, to the guest or any member of family or guest of the registered guest arising out of the use of campground facilities. Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct or drunkenness will not be tolerated. Parents or their guardians are responsible for children's behavior at all times. All campground occupants and guests must comply with federal, state, local laws and park rules. 

PET POLICY:  Pets must be controlled and on a leash at all times. Make sure your neighbors are not disturbed by your pets. You must clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. Pets are solely your legal responsibility. If any pet causes damage there will be a charge. No pets in public restrooms. Service dogs excluded.
